Job Description

• Develop & operate scalable backend services to support endpoint security and peripheral use cases on public clouds (AWS, Azure, …etc)
• Design & implement ways to measure and validate the quality of customer experience we deliver
• Analyze & resolve customer problems by listening to data and customer feedbacks

Required Skills

• 2+ years of backend development and operation experience on public clouds (AWS, Azure, …etc)
• Experience in event driven architecture
• Experienced in leveraging container technology and cluster management tools (Docker, Kubernetes, …etc)
• Experienced in RDBMS or NoSQL data stores (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, …etc)
• Experience in Go language and Python

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience in data analytics is a big plus
• Experience in automation test development is a big plus
• Experience in managed services on public clouds (Aurora MySQL, EKS, AKS, MSK and ADX, …etc)

Personality

• Good English communication skill and proactive mindset in global team collaboration
• Strong analytic thinking and problem solving skills; dare to fail but make sure we learn from experience.
• Preference of autonomy; able to make decision and take accountability for customer success instead of waiting for instructions
