What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :

Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience as a Senior Engineer in NPD (New Product Development) or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Design, Manufacturing, Research And Development principles applied to the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects from concept to launch.
