Senior Engineer

Department: Technical Planning & Engineering Project Management

In this position, you will:

• Oversee the management of civil engineering projects related to the construction of data centers, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Be responsible for the planning and professional development of all aspects of the data center, including site selection, layout, construction, and etc.
• Lead efforts in identifying and evaluating potential locations for data center construction, ensuring optimal site conditions and compliance with regulations.
• Research the development trends and evolving architectures of data centers

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or relevant to the industry
• At least 3 years of experience in data center project management, familiar with the full life cycle management of engineering construction projects
• Excellent skills in project management, design management, cost management, and quality management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Strong sense of responsibility
