Provides technical expertise in optimizing plant equipment, facilities, and manufacturing processes to ensure reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement while supporting maintenance and capital expenditure initiatives.

Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least three (3) years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- With at least one (1) year of supervisory experience
- Willing to travel and conduct plant visits
