Senior Engineer

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise conveyor system maintenance and mechanical projects.
• Prepare method statements, work instructions, manpower, material, and equipment requirements.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, progress, and recovery plans.
• Provide technical solutions and ensure work complies with engineering, quality, and customer standards.
• Lead site teams and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project cost, productivity, risks, HSE, and quality performance.
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and ensure proper implementation of HSE requirements.
• Prepare project reports, inspection documents, punch lists, and support project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in conveyor system, mechanical maintenance, shutdown project, plant maintenance, mining, or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Conveyor System, Maintenance, and Planning & Scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project/Primavera and Microsoft Office.
• AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work at project/site locations across Indonesia.
