Senior Engineer

The candidate will be responsible for plant commissioning, PUF/PIR production, production ramp-up, quality, maintenance, cost control, manpower and overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete plant operations including Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch & EHS.
• Manage commissioning, trial production and stabilization of continuous PUF/PIR sandwich-panel lines.
• Drive production, OEE, productivity, yield, line utilization and cost efficiency.
• Ensure consistent quality of PUF/PIR/Rockwool sandwich panels.
• Develop and implement SOPs, process standards, maintenance systems and quality procedures.
• Lead manpower recruitment, training, performance management and shop-floor discipline.
• Drive RCA, CAPA, 5S, safety and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase and Management for production planning, inventory and customer commitments.
• Prepare and present plant MIS and KPIs to management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards, QMS procedures, documentation, internal audits and corrective actions.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
