Senior Engineer

Tradeline have partnered with an established Developer / Main Contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Engineer for a major residential development in Dublin.

The project is valued at over €100m and is expected to run for approximately 30 months. The development will consist of a mix of new-build houses and RC frame apartments, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a large-scale residential scheme from start to finish.

This is a permanent position with a business that has a strong pipeline of work and further projects planned beyond the current development, offering good long-term security and opportunities for career progression.

The Role

• Oversee engineering activities across a large-scale residential development.
• Coordinate setting out, site engineering and technical aspects of the build.
• Work closely with site management, subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Help maintain quality standards and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
