Senior Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain scalable and highly available microservices-based architecture for banking applications using Apache Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of new features into existing systems by working closely with development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in software engineering with expertise in Financial Services or Banking industry.
• Strong understanding of Confluent's Kafka architecture and its applications in real-time data processing pipelines.
• Experience with designing and implementing scalable architectures for high-traffic financial services applications.
