Job Responsibilties
Have a strong foundation of CMOS and Bipolar device knowledge to perform device
measurements
Advanced knowledge of statistics or six sigma
To set-up WAT (Wafer acceptance Test) program for NTO’s (New Tape-out)
To set-up and optimize WAT tester and prober recipe for production
Perform device characterization measurements both on WAT testers and Bench tools.
Interpret device characterization measurement data and work with process integration
engineers
Job requirements
Bachelor/Master degree in semiconductor/electronics/electrical/Physics/Material
engineering or relevant disciplines.
At least 1 year or more experience in WAT (Wafer acceptance Test) or Characterization
