talented and dedicated individuals to join our team. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure periodic testing of firefighting equipment like fire extinguishers, fire alarm, Fire Hydrant System & smoke detector’s
• Ensure effective FIRE PREVENTION through proactive identification and development of counter measures to potential fire prone situations.
• Conducting internal / external audits and follow up for corrective / preventive actions
• Provide Safety, Occupational Health & Environmental training / awareness to employees and new joiners
• Ensure site has periodic environmental & industrial hygiene, monitoring program, Equipment’s & machineries inspection
• Carry out plant safety inspections / safety audits and identifying near miss, unsafe acts & unsafe conditions
• Knowledge of behaviour based safety (BBS)
• Conduct regular training for the correct usage of PPE, and highlight instances of non-usage noticed during Audits / Rounds
• Carry out accident / incidents investigations and initiate corrective actions
• Exposure in EOHS (ISO Standards) and documentation , ESG requirements

JOB SPECIFICATION Qualification : Diploma

Other Technical/ Post Diploma in industrial Safety from RGIST-Toranagallu or GPT from Bellary

Professional Qualification: Experience : 6-8 years’ experience in EHS in a manufacturing industry

Skill Sets & Competencies :

• Good communication skills, good proficiency in verbal & written English.
• Understanding of local statutory , legal & corporate requirements.
• Basic computer operating skills, good knowledge of Excel & PPT will be an advantage
• Flexible to work in shifts
