Senior Engineer EHS

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) regulations, the Factories Act, and internal safety procedures.
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, safety audits, and regular plant inspections.
• Monitor work permits and ensure safe execution of maintenance and other plant activities.
• Inspect machinery, lifting tools, and equipment to ensure safe operations.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct safety awareness sessions and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and documentation.

Desired Profile:

• Relevant experience in EHS / Industrial Safety within a manufacturing environment.
• Diploma or BE in Industrial Safety Management from a government-recognised institute.
• Practical knowledge of factory safety, risk assessment, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
