Senior Engineer/ Engineer (Welcome Fresh Graduates)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure departmental project / tasks are carried out in compliance with F/HK Integrated Management System.
• Monitor & update the project progress of new lifts / escalators or carry out MOD operations and business.
• Deal with customer issue and project execution including VO work.
• Manage and ensure the safety and quality control processes of modernization works performed by workers and subcontractors are up to standard and acceptable to the client.
• Conduct incoming material inspection against Materials Requirement – Lifts / Escalators and mark / issue Trouble Report for Non-conformance.
• Ensure that the quality and workmanship of the modernization works performed by workers meet the Company standards.
• Conduct site measurement and checking according to relevant Code of Conduct and in-house requirements.
• Provide technical support to frontline workers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Diploma / High Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering
• At least 3 years' relevant work experience in new installation of lift & escalator, or relevant working experience in engineering, construction or building services field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, good time management and problem-solving skills
• Fresh graduate will also be considered welcome

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Engineer
