Be responsible to implement equipment & tooling management system and identify root causes and formulate effective solutions

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Implement equipment & tooling management system including inspection, PM/ Cal, record, assessment, reconditioning / overhaul, spare part management, etc.
• Identify root causes and formulate effective solutions for equipment-related problems concerning OEE, EHS, quality, yield, reliability, cycle time and cost; by improving the input factors such as UDT. MTBA, etc.
• Comply to quality and EHS requirement in daily work

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering or engineering administration.
• 3:5 years of Semiconductor back-end ( Assembly ) relevant job experience. Understanding of relevant tools and system.(e.g. SAP PM, 8D,fishbone analysis…)
• Able to manage or lead projects at varying complexity
• Fluent English skill both in oral and written and report skills
• Understand TPM as plus
