FAE is recognized as “Trusted Advisor” by the customer for deeply understanding the customer-specific requirements and matching them with value-adding IFX solutions, Be the 1st level technical customer support and work closely with sales and internal other functions to provide pre and post sales technical support, Provide General technical trainings for focus applications and product families, Support activities e-g. tradeshow, conference, workshop and seminars. You are best equipped for this task if you have:. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering or relevant degree.
