Senior Engineer - Instrumentation/ Mechanical

2 - 5 Yrs

 Maintain accurate documentation of service transactions and customer interactions

 Resolve customer complaints regarding after-sales service issues

 Provide technical assistance and support to customers

 Coordinate service requests and manage service delivery timelines

 Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and requirements

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

 Identify opportunities for service improvements
