Job Summary

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of core Internet Gateway infrastructure, including IIG, NIX, CDN, DCI, and related system platforms. The role supports mission-critical network services, ensures service stability, and drives network automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain core Internet Gateway infrastructure, including IIG, NIX, CDN, and DCI networks.
• Ensure network availability, performance, and service continuity for broadband and enterprise services.
• Manage and support infrastructure platforms such as hypervisors, load balancers, and network management systems.
• Develop and implement automation tools and software to improve network operational efficiency.
• Support network transformation, migration projects, and continuous infrastructure enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Internet Infrastructure, or Telecommunications environments.
• Strong knowledge of IP Network, Routing, Switching, Internet Gateway, CDN, DCI, or Backbone Networks.
• Experience with virtualization platforms, network management systems, and load balancers.
• Knowledge of network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, Shell Script, or equivalent).
• Experience in troubleshooting complex network and system infrastructure issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience in ISP, Telecom, or Large Enterprise Network environments is highly preferred.
