Senior Engineer - iOS Native FSD

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior iOS Native / Full Stack Engineer to drive the development, architecture, and maintenance of high-performance mobile applications. In this role, you will take ownership of our native iOS features built with Swift and SwiftUI while leveraging secondary Android capabilities (Kotlin/Java) to bridge cross-platform feature alignment and shared logic. You will collaborate with product and design teams to deliver slick user experiences, ensure application stability, and optimize mobile app performance.

Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience specializing in native mobile app development.

Deep expert proficiency in Swift and modern iOS UI frameworks, particularly SwiftUI and Combine/Concurrency.

Strong working knowledge of Android native development using Kotlin and Java for full-stack mobile execution.

Proven track record of publishing and maintaining enterprise or consumer apps on the Apple App Store.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, WebSockets, offline storage (CoreData/Realm), and mobile security.

Experience with iOS testing frameworks (XCTest, XCUITest), dependency management (SPM, CocoaPods), and Git version control.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Have

Experience setting up and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).

Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or shared mobile framework implementations.

Knowledge of backend integration patterns, GraphQL, or server-driven UI architectures.

Understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and accessibility (AX) standards.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.

Develop clean, modular, and testable code following scalable architecture patterns (MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture).

Support cross-platform integration and logic sharing by working with Kotlin and Java codebases when needed.

Manage production releases, App Store deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and app performance monitoring.

Troubleshoot complex runtime issues, memory leaks, crash logs, and network latency bottlenecks.

Perform capacity planning, offline data synchronization, and local storage optimizations for high-volume users.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for mobile production defects and implement long-term stability improvements.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹165,000.00 per year
