• We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on experience across conventional machining processes, including turning, milling, horizontal boring, plano milling, drilling, grinding, assembly, and surface treatment

• Eligible candidates must have deep knowledge of machining practices, tool usage, and process optimization, with the ability to deliver high-quality output while driving efficiency

Experience & Qualifications
5 8 years of relevant experience
B.E. Mechanical / B.E. Production / D.M.E.

• Skillsets
• Production planning and execution Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet deadlines and optimize resource use (Plan vs Actual). Monitor variable costs such as consumables, tooling, rework, and PPE.
• Manpower management Lead and allocate direct and indirect shop floor teams to ensure safe, productive operations.
• Quality Management Systems Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
• SAP Production Planning (PP) module Skilled in using SAP PP for tracking and planning.
• Exposure to CNC & VMC machines Familiarity with CNC/VMC operations, setup, basic troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Statutory compliance Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
