Senior engineer Manager

Role & responsibilities

Handle modularization and engineering activities for elevator projects.

• Prepare and review technical drawings, layouts, specifications, and engineering

documents.

• Coordinate with design, production, installation, procurement, and project teams.
• Understand customer requirements and convert them into technically feasible

solutions.

• Support standardization and optimization of elevator components and systems.
• Ensure projects comply with KONE standards, quality requirements, and applicable

safety regulations.

• Identify technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Support cost optimization and reduction of project lead time.
• Review engineering changes and ensure proper implementation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for technical requirements.

Educational Qualification

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned engineering

activities.

• Guide junior engineers and provide technical support to the team.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process-standardization initiatives.
