- Automation Programming knowledge (PLC, HMI, Sensors, VFD's, Actuators, Industrial Networks, Third party communication). (New & Diagnostic)
- Knowledge of Electrical interlocks
- Pneumatic & Hydraulic ckt. understanding
- AutoCAD hands-on
- Ability to diagnose and resolve automationrelated breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical functioning of machine.
- Knowledge of Capacity calculation, Cycle time calculation.
- Maintain automation documentation, drawings, and backups.
- Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and equipment suppliers.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve cycle time and process consistency.
- Open to move on various locations on deputation basis.
