Senior Engineer - MEP

Job Title Senior Engineer – MEP Department / Division Operations External Interface (Enlist external agencies/authorities that you are required to deal with while discharging your duty) - Retailers – Store Managers - Outsourced Agencies – Facility Managers, Supervisors - Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Vendors for the purpose of AMC - Government/ regulatory bodies - Vendors/ contractors Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.) - Engineering Graduate (Mechanical)/Diploma Minimum Experience - 5 – 6 years of experience in Engineering; with at least 2 - 4 years in retail/real estate industry Special Skills/Attributes (required for performing the job effectively) - Sound understanding of all mechanical installations in the mall inclusive of electro mechanical devices(HVAC is a must) - Knowledge of infrastructure installations - Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and maintenance policies and processes Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job Responsible for implementation of
