Job Summary

We are seeking an Radio Optimization Engineer to enhance and maintain radio network performance across the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for network quality optimization, capacity planning, coverage improvements, and supporting seamless customer experiences through effective radio network management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize mobile network performance for both voice and data services within the Bangkok metropolitan area.
• Conduct worst-cell analysis and implement corrective actions to improve network quality and user experience.
• Plan and design new sectors, small cells, and macro sites to support coverage expansion and capacity enhancement.
• Investigate and resolve network-related customer complaints, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
• Analyze radio network parameters, KPIs, and features to identify optimization opportunities and enhance network performance.
• Support major events and high-traffic areas by planning and deploying additional network resources to ensure service quality and capacity requirements are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver network improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Radio Optimization, Radio Planning, or Radio Network Engineering.
• Strong understanding of mobile network technologies, radio optimization principles, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, database management, and data analytics techniques.
• Experience with KPI analysis, network performance monitoring, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA) will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
