Senior engineer NPD

• Experience in New Product Development with expertise in APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, and ECN/ECR processes
• Coordinate NPD projects from concept to SOP, manage prototype development, ensure compliance with customer requirements, lead process reviews and drive on-time project delivery.
• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements, specifications and tolerances, and resolve technical queries throughout development.
• Move developed components into regular production and own output, quality and delivery timelines.
• Conduct trials, validation testing and feasibility reviews with cross-functional team.
• Plan and optimise machining processes, tooling, fixtures and CNC/VMC/HMC programming approaches to achieve tight tolerances and consistent quality.
• Ensure quality compliance and documentation in line with customer standards.Role & responsibilities
