• Master degree in Engineering
• ＞ 10 years of experience in production technology, process development, automation, or equipment engineering.
• Proven experience with industrial equipment qualification, production ramp-up, and process optimization.
• Experience working with international suppliers and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Major Duties Production Technology Development
• Develop and optimize manufacturing technologies and processes to support product roadmaps and industrialization objectives.
• Evaluate process capability, yield improvement opportunities, and equipment performance. Define process specifications and technical requirements for new manufacturing solutions.Equipment Specification, Qualification and Integration
• Support specification, selection, qualification, and commissioning of new manufacturing and metrology equipment.
• Coordinate FAT and SAT activities together with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive integration of processing and metrology equipment into scalable production sub-lines.
• Support successful transfer of qualified equipment into NPI and manufacturing operations. Automation and Manufacturing Excellence
• Develop automation concepts to improve productivity, quality, and cost competitiveness.
• Analyze and optimize production flows, material handling concepts, and process interfaces.
• Support implementation of digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on cycle time, yield, and OEE enhancement. Supplier Management and Technology Evaluation
• Participate in supplier scouting, technical assessments, and benchmarking activities.
• Evaluate emerging production technologies for potential quality, cost, and scalability advantages.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure technical requirements, project schedules, and quality standards are met Project Management
• Lead assigned work packages within development and industrialization projects.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, reviews, and management presentations. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Management, Operations, NPI, Quality, Purchasing, and Strategy teams.
• Provide technical expertise during product development and industrialization activities.
• Communicate complex technical topics effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
