• Planning, scheduling, realization support and documentation of production trials and new material qualification tests in all steps of the Combibloc system. Like new alternative materials (polymers (PA, PE-MAH, LDPE, HDPE,etc.) qualification. 计划，安排，协助，总结各种生产测试及新型包装材料在SIG Combibloc系统下的各种测试。 比如，新PA, PE-MAH, LDPE聚合物等的验证测试。
• Close and interdisciplinary cooperation with all departments involved in development project activities. 能够与研发项目开发过程涉及到的各部门紧密合作，完成相关研发项目。
• Monitor trial production process and material property test (deep knowledge of relevant test methods and procedures) according to SIG packaging material quality specification. 跟踪，监控材料测试生产过程及根据SIG包装材料质量要求检测材料性能。
• Project documentation and release procedures according to SIG Process Manual (Development Process). 跟据SIG研发手册相关项目研发流程，能够管理项目，并完成新项目验证过程。
• Also support material integrity test in filling machine. Evaluation material properties (e.g. benefit dependency, adhesion) and packaging material manufacturing processes influence on the filled package integrity (interaction of materials / structures with sealing working-windows and -processes, OTR, opening performance) and interaction with filling machine parameters (MV1-3) 支持包装材料在灌装机上包装完整性测试工作。 评估材料性能及包装材料生产工艺对材料在灌装机上使用性能的影响。 以及灌装机参数设置对包装件密封完整性的影响。
• Optimize production process parameters based on different packaging material structures. (E.g. production- vs. pilot plant-coating plant). 针对不同包装材料结构，优化生产工艺过程参数。
• Trouble shooting & complaint processing regarding packaging material. 关于包装材料方向的问题处理及投诉处理。
• Execute special assignments in the frame of company’s interest. 完成主管和公司指派的其它任务.

• Master degree or above, major in Polymer Science or Polymer Engineering are preferred 硕士及以上学历，高分子科学或高分子工程等相关专业优先 2. 6-10 years’ experience in polymer film, polymer extrusion, packaging manufacture or related industry(preferably in liquid packaging experience) 6-10年高分子薄膜、高分子淋膜、包装制造或相关工作经验(液包行业经验优先)
• Fluent in spoken and written English 英语听说读写流利
• Solid project management capabilities (international, cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams) 扎实的项目管理能力（国际、跨职能、跨学科团队）
• High analytical skills, good trouble shooting capability 高度的分析能力，良好的故障排除能力
• Ability to merge theoretical approach and practical application 将理论方法与实际应用相结合的能力
