Role Summary

As a Senior Engineer – Projects & Support, you will lead the planning, execution, and support of security system installations for enterprise clients. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, customer interaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute projects involving CCTV, enterprise Access Control, Power Fence, and Command Center systems.

• Handle end-to-end deployment of multi-location ELV systems including VMS and integrated platforms (Genetec, Lenel, C-Cure).

• Collaborate with PMC, architects, consultants, and internal teams across design, budgeting, and delivery phases.

• Prepare technical documents, project schedules, progress reports, and user manuals.

• Monitor project milestones, ensure compliance, and manage risk/change control.

• Engage in troubleshooting, punch list resolution, and post-project client support.

• Maintain high-quality execution with strong stakeholder communication and leadership.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience in enterprise-grade security projects.

• Strong knowledge of Genetec, Lenel, C-Cure, and advanced VMS systems.

• Proficiency in project tools (AutoCAD, Excel, Power BI preferred).

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Multilingual communication and willingness to travel as needed.

• Leadership capabilities to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
