1. Good communication skills and a pro-active approach towards business development activities.
2. Familiarity with Solar PV Projects
3. Study of tender documents and prepare gist of tender requirements,
4. Assistance in Proposal Engineering including estimation of BOQ, Cost estimate
5. Technical coordination and interaction with clients, project developers and / or tender issuing authorities during the process of proposal preparation and submission
6. Business development activities thru constant search cum interaction with the industries to identify potential for Solar PV projects and related business for the company.
7. Very good office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
8. Proficiency in English is mandatory; further language skills like Hindi etc is an advantage.

Your Responsibility:
You will support the Project Management team, EPC and O&M team in the preparation of documentation. The range of task includes:

1. Collection of basic and detailed information about project details from website and with clients
2. Coordination with technical and procurement management team about project details
3. Prepare cost estimate for tenders
4. Preparation of Tender summary and analysis of risk assessment
5. Discuss about the Project with Management team for approval
6. Preparation of Proposals
7. Preparation of documents and submit to clients
8. Follow up with clients about the status of the proposal
