Roles and Responsibilities
-Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans.
-Conduct quality inspections during various stages of construction.
-Ensure compliance with IS codes, specifications, and safety norms.
-Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quality material delivery and testing.
-Review and maintain complete QA/QC documentation, including test reports, checklists, and inspection logs.
-Monitor and report non-conformance issues (NCRs) and initiate corrective actions.
-Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and clients to ensure quality objectives are met.
-Supervise on-site lab activities and testing procedures (concrete, aggregate, steel, etc.).
