Senior Engineer Quality Engineering

Responsible for in process quality engineering, govern the responsibleprocess(es), drive quality control activities and improvement to achieve NLoZD. 

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

1. Responsible for in process quality engineering, govern the responsible process(es), drive quality control activities and improvement to achieve NLoZD.
2. Manage external customer complaints, Customer visit / audit to achieve customer satisfaction.
3. Responsible for driving process stability and capability and continuous improvement to achieve target.
4. Manage disposition of deviation material to ensure no escape to customer.
5. Support actively in Change management, Deviation root causeinvestigation, Equipment /Process release and safe launch release.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

1. Bachelor degree or above in in Science / Material Science / Engineering
2. Min 5 years in Semiconductor Industry with Quality and/or Process Engineering experience is preferred.
3. Good knwledge and experience in quality management tools, FMEA, SPC, DOE etc.
4. Experienced in data analysis tools, 6 Sigma knowledge is added advantage.
5. Good & professional communication and presentation skills.
6. Able to lead a small cross function team for continuous improvement,demonstrated team work spirit.
7. Fluent in written and oral English.
