Senior Engineer (Ref. No.: TC/2026)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with different design consultants for design and build items
• Coordination with sub-contractor to develop suitable temporary works design for routine site works
• Maintain efficient information flow within the site organization
• Develop strategy and implement works measures to solve the site problems
• Responsible for the execution of day-to-day engineering work, supervision of work progress at out construction projects.
• Certifying temporary works design and completion of temporary works.

Education and Qualification Requirement:

• Holder of Degree/ Higher Diploma or equivalent in Civil/ Structural Engineering or relevant discipline and preferably be a MHKIE in Civil or Structural discipline
• Registered Professional Engineer in Civil or Structural Discipline registered under the Engineers Registration Ordinance in an appropriate discipline plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Technically Competent Person (TCP) Grade T4 of Registered Contractor’s Stream for Ground Investigation Works, Foundation Works, Building Works and Building Works with significant geotechnical content as required under the Code of Practice for Site Supervision (CoPSS)
• At least 8 years of solid Contractor experience, preferably with working experience in Housing Authority project
• Previous experience as a Qualified Engineer in Housing projects will be an added advantage
• Familiar with procedures, practice and requirements of Housing Authority
