Senior Engineer - SMT Programming

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify SMT programs using Fuji NEXIM software
• Program Fuji Pick & Place machines (XP, NXT, AIMEX series)
• Perform offline programming and optimization
• Prepare feeder setup plans and machine configuration
• Coordinate with NPI and Production teams for new product introduction
• Optimize cycle time and improve line balancing
• Conduct first article verification (FAV)
• Troubleshoot placement errors, alignment issues, and component-related problems
• Maintain program backups and documentation
• Support yield improvement and reduce defects
• Work closely with Quality and Maintenance teams
