Position Summary:

To help drive this next chapter, we're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Salesforce Customer Experience Engineering organization, focused on agent-care solutions. This role builds and supports Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities that improve agent workflows, case handling, and customer service experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development expertise, experience with agent-care platforms, and a commitment to high-quality customer service technology.

Job Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Build Lightning Web Components and Apex services.
• Configure and enhance Omni-Channel agent experiences.
• Support Copado release and deployment processes.

Technology & Delivery:

• Translate agent-care needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop integrations with MuleSoft and AWS services as needed.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability

AI & Innovation:

• Support Agentforce and Prompt Builder capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve agent productivity through AI and automation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and platform modernization.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• 4-6 years of progressive software engineering experience.
• Experience developing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
