What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Avaya communication systems, including Avaya CMS, Avaya Aura, Avaya PBX, Avaya AES, Media Gateway, SBC, SM & Avaya Communication Manager.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to voice and data communications using various tools such as Wireshark etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
- Develop and maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-16 years of experience in telecom domain with expertise in Avaya products (CMS/Aura/PBX/AES).
