Senior Engineer (Training & Capability Development)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support technical training and capability development programmes.
• Develop and maintain user guides, training materials and learning resources.
• Align training initiatives with competency frameworks and certification requirements.
• Support the migration of operational workflows onto ITSM platforms.
• Gather requirements, support system testing and workflow implementation activities.
• Track capability development outcomes and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support competency management and certification tracking processes.
• Drive user adoption, knowledge transfer and change management activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors and training providers.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in engineering, operational or mission-critical environments.
• Experience in capability development, training coordination or knowledge transfer.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive user adoption initiatives.
• Knowledge of ITSM platforms and ITIL practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning tools or competency frameworks will be an added advantage.
• Analytical, structured and proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities.
