Job Description

• Plan and execute building architectural, structural, and interior design (ID) works.
• Possess strong knowledge of infrastructure, drainage construction, and foundations related to civil & structural (C&S) and architectural works.
• Manage the planning, design, and day-to-day operations of construction projects undertaken by the company.
• Liaise with subcontractors and consultants for the smooth execution of works.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule.
• Update project records for reporting purposes and submit regular reports.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or operational issues independently.

Job Requirement

• A.G.T.I or B.E. (Civil Engineering).
• 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and engineering drawings.
• Good communication skills in English
