Senior engineer/engineer - rolling stock division

Role & responsibilities

Adherence to quality standards in manufacturing processes.

Developing and implementing SOPs,

Conducting regular audits,

Analyzing defects to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to update documentation and optimize quality protocols

Data analysis to minimize rework and enhance product quality.

Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the production cycle.

Knowledge of quality tools such as 7QC,CAPA,5 WHY, Fishbone analysis),ability to use measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators, understanding of welding inspection and fabrication processes, familiarity with engineering drawings, GD & T, Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel and quality documentation.
