Role Description The Senior Engineering Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Canada. This role oversees engineering teams responsible for building and maintaining software solutions that support internal operations and client-facing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring engineers, planning and tracking projects, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of software features. The Senior Engineering Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, manage integration between systems, and optimize processes and tools used by the teams. The role also involves setting engineering best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning technical initiatives with business goals.

• Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to guide, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Software Development experience, with the ability to review code, make architectural decisions, and support technical problem-solving.
• Candidates should possess proficient Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
• Candidates should possess Integration skills for coordinating and implementing seamless connections between internal and external systems.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, preferably in technology or consulting environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical work to business needs.
• Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks, cloud platforms, and agile methodologies is highly beneficial.
