We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead and manage our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of our technology products and services.

Roles and Responsibilites:

• Manage a team of engineers and technical leads, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high-quality work

• Lead the development of our technology products and services, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

• Develop and maintain software development best practices, including coding standards, testing procedures, and deployment strategies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality products and services

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes and practices

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors

• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering regulations and standards.
