Our debut in Latin America raises the aesthetic stakes, drawing from sun-washed CDMX architecture and a sensual, organic palette.

A bright café and late-night diner keep the ground floor lively from early mornings to the final nightcap. Above it all, a rooftop pool, signature restaurant and outdoor bar take in striking views of the Monumento a la Revolución. We're looking for a Senior Engineering Supervisor who believes that great hospitality starts long before a guest checks in. Someone who takes pride in keeping every space running seamlessly, solves problems before they're noticed, and leads with expertise, curiosity, and care.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire the Engineering team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop talent and train the Engineering team.
• Supporting the Engineering Supervisors with technical and administrative work.
• Get proposals from vendors of spare parts and services required, follow up with the Administrative Assistant to obtain the purchase order.
• Ensure the hotel's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems operate efficiently and reliably.
• Respond quickly to guest and colleagues requests and unexpected challenges, always finding practical solutions.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs that keep our hotel performing at its best.
• Partner closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and every operational team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor contractors, vendors, and ongoing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with brand standards.
• Champion sustainability initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising the guest experience.
• Lead by example, creating an environment where technical excellence meets genuine hospitality.
