Senior Environmental Advisor

Greville Consulting is growing, and they are currently looking for a Senior Environmental Advisor to play a key role in expanding both their team and service offering across Australia. This is a strategic position working directly with the Managing Director, helping shape how they deliver environmental services to major infrastructure projects nationwide.

The Opportunity
You will be working across a range of major infrastructure projects, helping Greville build and strengthen its environmental capability. You will report directly to the Managing Director and be involved in both project delivery and strategic growth initiatives. This role will involve:

• Working closely with clients to ensure compliance and best practice outcomes
• Supporting tenders and business development opportunities
• Helping shape and grow Greville's environmental service offering
• Mentoring junior team members as they expand

About You

• An experienced Environmental Advisor with 7-10 years in the industry
• Proven experience working on Tier 1 infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of environmental compliance, approvals and site-based delivery
• Commercially aware and comfortable working with clients
• Proactive, adaptable and keen to be part of a growing business

Why Join Greville?

• Be part of a fast-growing, SA-owned consultancy working on major projects
• Opportunity to help build and lead a service line, not just deliver work
• Work directly with leadership and have a real impact on the business
• Flexible, supportive and high-performing team environment
• Opportunities to work across SA, VIC, QLD and beyond

If you're looking for a role where you can step beyond delivery and genuinely influence the direction of a business, we would love to hear from you.
