Senior ERP Implementer

The Senior Implementer (ERP System) plays a key operational role in helping develop and execute ERP implementation and optimization strategies across the organization.

The role will be based in Bangkok, with some travel to other branches or overseas when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ERP System Management

• Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance and usability.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to ERP system functionality.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors and internal development teams to implement system improvements based on user requirements.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Conduct meetings with users across departments to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and design ERP solutions that align with business needs.
• Prepare user documentation and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Integration & API Knowledge

• Utilize API knowledge to integrate ERP systems with other internal and external platforms.
• Support data connectivity and system interoperability across the organization.

Communication & Mobility

• Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, for collaboration with local and international teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems or related fields.

• Strong communication in both spoken and written English and Thai.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation and support.

• Experience in requirement gathering, system analysis, and user training.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

• Knowledge of API, system integration, and data flow.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server or ERP-related tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and travel as required.

• High responsibility and attention to detail.

• Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic environment.
