Senior ERP Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior ERP Project Manager to lead and manage complex technology product implementations with a strong focus on Oracle EBS and Fusion within the government and private sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex IT projects, particularly in the areas of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Fusion implementations, and possess a deep understanding of government regulations and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Oracle EBS & Fusion Implementation : Manage and oversee all aspects of Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion implementations, from initial assessment through to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, to ensure project objectives align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may impact the project timelines, budget, or quality.
• Resource Management : Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that project teams have the necessary tools and support to meet project objectives.
• Compliance and Governance : Ensure all project activities comply with government regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of governance.
• Reporting and Documentation : Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, documenting progress, risks, and key decisions.

Traveling : 50% - 70%

Experience :

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on technology product implementations.
• Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion implementations is essential.
• Previous experience in managing projects within the government sector, with a strong understanding of government processes and compliance requirements.

Technical Expertise :

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS and Fusion, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives within the public and private sectors.
• Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel

Project Management Skills :

• Strong command of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills

Leadership :

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and mentor junior project managers.

Communication :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong writing skills for reporting and documentation.

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
