Senior Estimator

Job Descriptions:

• Assist Tendering Manager to send out price enquiries and prepare prelimiary price comparison after quotation are received;
• Quantities tasks for BQ/ Schedule of Rates preparation;
• Study tender documents, prepare checklist and documents for submission;
• Documents filing, includes Tender Documents, Tender Submission, Price Comparison, Forms for QA System, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in QS/Civil/Building/CPM;
• Minimum 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating;
• 15+ years of hands-on site experience, with strong expertise in Quantity Surveying (QS) and subletting management;
• NEC4 experience, Excel and knowledge in SMM and measurement
• Immediate availability is preferred;
