Senior Estimator

Shape Construction, a HUBZone-certified small business specializing in federal government construction, is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team.

We work primarily with NAVFAC and other DoD clients on MACC task orders and related federal procurement vehicles — fast-paced, detail-driven work where precision and speed matter. We're looking for someone who thrives in that environment and takes pride in getting it right.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience estimating federal government construction projects
• Solid understanding of federal contracting requirements (FAR/DFARS, bonding, prevailing wage, etc.)
• A team-first mindset — someone who collaborates well and elevates the people around them
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, from takeoff through proposal submission
• Comfortable managing multiple proposals and deadlines at once

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
