Senior Estimator/Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety standards and quality control measures are maintained.
• Negotiate contracts, change orders, and pricing adjustments to optimize project profitability.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions for schedule or budget deviations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and reports.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies related to construction estimating and cost control.

Skills

• Proficiency in Bluebeam for document management and project collaboration.
• Strong negotiation skills for contracts and pricing discussions.
• Experience with HeavyBid for accurate construction estimating and bidding processes.
• Deep understanding of construction estimating, cost control, and project budgeting.
• Extensive construction site experience with a focus on safety compliance and quality assurance.
• Proven expertise in construction management principles and practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
• Familiarity with contract administration and legal aspects of construction projects.
