Senior ETL Developer

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL and experience with IBM Data Stage and Oracle Data Management (DM). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support our data integration and analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SQL, Data Stage, and Oracle DM.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data workflows.
• Monitor and manage ETL jobs to ensure timely and accurate data loading.
• Provide support for data-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ETL and data integration.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with IBM Data Stage for ETL development.
• Knowledge of Oracle Data Management (DM) tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Ability to work with large datasets and complex data transformations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in ETL development and data integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with other ETL tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data integration platforms (Optional)
• Certification in SQL, Data Stage, or Oracle DM.
