Senior Event Executive

• Participate in various projects, in different stages of the project such as event procurement / documentation preparation / management / logistics, etc.
• Coordinate project schedules, timelines and resources to ensure seamless execution of various projects
• Assist to monitor project progress and reporting on key metrics
• Coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors, manage event registration, and provide on-site assistance
• Coordinate and communicate with different parties & vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirement:

• Degree or above in marketing or related disciplines
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in event management or project coordination
• Positive working attitude, able to work under strict deadlines, self-motivated, independent
• Able to work under pressure, customer oriented and problem-solving mindset; willingness to work on public holidays and overtime as required
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Immediately available would be an advantage
