As a Senior Event Specialist, you will engage in a dynamic role within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on brand management, marketing, and sales. You will collaborate to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and capture new business opportunities. Utilizing market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the firm's services and achieving organizational targets.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, and create and execute campaigns. You will validate brand consistency, reach target audiences, and drive customer engagement and loyalty. Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth
• Conducting market research to inform marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities
• Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels to engage target audiences
• Analyzing campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement
• Collaborating with internal teams to validate brand consistency and align marketing strategies with organizational goals
• Utilizing digital marketing tools and CRM software to enhance client interactions and capture market insights
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support business development and promotional strategies
• Leveraging creativity and content marketing skills to develop compelling marketing communications and product messaging

What You Must Have

• At least a graduate and post graduate
• At least 4 years of experience in sales, marketing or related PwC experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
