Senior Events Executive (Full-Time, Hybrid)

We're looking for a Senior Events Executive / Event Manager who enjoys leading complex projects, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional event experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving challenges, and wants to lead larger-scale corporate events while mentoring junior team members.

Your Role in Events

Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple corporate events simultaneously
• Develop project timelines, budgets, event schedules, and delivery plans
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
• Monitor project risks and implement proactive solutions

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Manage client communications throughout the project lifecycle
• Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive consultation
• Lead project meetings, briefings, and event planning discussions
• Resolve client concerns professionally while maintaining service excellence

Vendor & Operations Management

• Coordinate vendors, venues, logistics, and event suppliers
• Negotiate with vendors to maximise quality and cost efficiency
• Manage floor plans, production schedules, manpower planning, and event logistics
• Ensure operational readiness before every event

Onsite Event Leadership

• Lead onsite event execution and coordinate internal teams
• Manage event timelines, troubleshooting, and service recovery where required
• Ensure consistent quality standards throughout event delivery
• Maintain excellent client experience during live events

Team Development & Quality Improvement

• Mentor junior event coordinators through coaching and guidance
• Improve event SOPs, planning templates, and operational workflows
• Conduct post-event reviews and recommend continuous improvements
• Promote collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams

Marketing Support

• Participate in group videos, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage
• Appear in brand visuals, reels, and storytelling initiatives
• Assist with social media coordination related to events
• Contribute to internal communications and company brand presence
• Support creation of content for marketing and brand purposes, ensuring alignment with TMU’s guidelines

Continuous Improvement & Creativity

• Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experience and client engagement
• Identify opportunities for improvement in event execution and processes
• Share learnings with internal teams for continuous improvement
• Support internal coordination and administrative tasks related to events

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6+ years of corporate events or agency experience.
• Demonstrates strong project management, vendor management, leadership, and communication skills
• Is organised, calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly adaptable
• Can confidently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and event teams simultaneously

Nice to have:

• Experience managing large-scale corporate events.
• Existing vendor or venue network.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
