Senior Events Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• • Execute high-profile in-house sales activities, including major corporate events, weddings, site inspections, and client entertainment.
  • Drive sales conversions by managing and responding to high-volume incoming leads, Request for Proposals, and overall team correspondence efficiently.
  • Proactively develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key business partners, event planners, and corporate clients to maximize revenue.
  • Assist in supervising and mentoring subordinate team members (Coordinators/Executives) to ensure seamless event execution and service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams (Catering, Banquet, and Rooms) to ensure all event details align with client expectations and hotel standards.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties and strategic projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Event Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of solid event sales or catering sales experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts independently.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor, including excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin). Strong supervisory skills, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a high level of commercial awareness.

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Event Sales Executive position
